Turning 30 and Feeling Lost
Thursday Dec 30, 2021
Thursday Dec 30, 2021
In this week’s solo episode, I am talking about something that many of us experience as we enter our thirties: FEELING COMPLETELY LOST.
So many people panic about turning 30 because of a false societal expectation that we should have our lives in order and that we should have ticked certain boxes in a particular order.
In this episode, I am getting passionate about how normal it is to feel this way when turning 30 and reminding you all that this is nothing to worry about (take my word for it!)
Tune in to hear my personal turning 30 journey as I share what happened when I felt lost and confused when I turned 29, and how I took this and turned it into something positive which eventually led me to a huge career and lifestyle change.
This one is for you if you struggle with feeling lost and want help and support to make big life changes in your thirties.
In this episode I also announce the launch of my new course The Next Chapter which officially opens its doors on NYE 2021 with a very special offer.

Turning 30 and Stepping into your Self-worth Ft. Sabi Kerr
Tuesday Dec 21, 2021
Tuesday Dec 21, 2021
In this week’s guest interview, we are diving into a topic that I believe is THE KEY to improving the way you feel about your life: self-worth!
So many of us feel (often subconsciously) that we don’t deserve happiness, we don’t deserve a life that feels good on the inside and also looks great on the outside. This lack of self-worth affects the way we show up in the world and when it is depleted, can ultimately lead us to holding back in our relationships, career choices and the way we lead our lives.
Loving ourselves more isn’t simple, but can drastically improve our lives. Sabi is a self-love coach, feminine embodiment guide and leadership mentor. She guides women to feel deeply worthy, to connect to their bodies and soul mission, and live with purpose, passion, pleasure and prosperity.
In this episode we dive into what self-worth actually is, how we know if we have it, what happens when we don’t have it and discuss practical tips for how to improve it. We also talk about why this is specifically relevant as thirty-somethings.
This is for you if you want to work on loving yourself, feel more connected to yourself and create a life you love.

Turning 30 and How to Hack Time Ft. Vikki Louise
Tuesday Nov 30, 2021
Tuesday Nov 30, 2021
I have invited back the first ever Turning 30 Podcast guest and my good friend Vikki Louise for a very important and unique episode all about how to hack time.
Vikki is a feminist time coach, and she works with clients to help them achieve more in their lives, without time being a limiting factor. Originally working in the corporate world in her twenties, Vikki went from hustling with 80 hour work weeks, to creating a 15 hour work week for herself.
Being a thought leader in this area, Vikki has developed her own theories and methods around how to hack time that you most likely have never heard of before, and in this episode she is sharing them with me.
We discuss the outdated time concepts and rules that we have been conditioned to believe and talk about why these no longer apply (spoiler: Color-coding your to-do list isn’t the long-term fix) and we also offer practical tips for how to take back control of the way you perceive time
If you ever tell yourself you are ‘too busy’, feel overwhelmed with your ‘to-do list, struggle with finding work:life balance (or any balance) or feel that in some way time is too short, then this episode is for you.

Turning 30 and Love is Coming Feat Persia Lawson
Wednesday Nov 10, 2021
Wednesday Nov 10, 2021
This week’s episode is a guest interview with the wonderful Persia Lawson, coined by the Times Magazine as one of the UK’s most successful love coaches.
Persia’s story from being a ‘disaster’ in her love life, to turning it all around, meeting her fiancé and eventually becoming a dating coach, is a must-listen for anyone who wants some inspiration about their twenties not being exactly as planned.
As well as sharing her personal story, Persia and I dive into the topic of finding love. In our conversation we address the popular limiting stories and assumptions that many thirty-somethings tell themselves about finding love and being able to get into new relationships. We debunk these myths, call bullsh*t to the timelines that you are ‘supposed’ to follow, and give a fresh new way to look at dating in your thirties.
In addition to all of this juicy conversation, Persia also gives some practical tools from her dating courses to help those of you who are looking for love.
Spoiler alert: it all starts by looking inside of yourself.
A must-listen for anyone who feels apprehensive about being single (at any age!).

Turning 30 and The 3 Step Process to Reclaim Your Thirties
Tuesday Nov 02, 2021
Tuesday Nov 02, 2021
In this week’s solo podcast episode, I am continuing the conversation about reclaiming your thirties by giving a breakdown of the three step process that I use with my clients in the Reclaim Program.
The three-step method includes:
Turning the volume up on YOU
Mastering your mind
Manifesting Future You
This practical episode will give you some tangible steps on HOW to get out of comparison-mode and start to take actions to building a next chapter that feels right for you.
At the end of the episode I also dive into a really interesting question I received last week about being able to save up for buying a property AND invest in yourself at the same time.

Turning 30 and Embracing Your Feminine Sexual Power Ft. Bianca Marzouk
Wednesday Oct 27, 2021
Wednesday Oct 27, 2021
This week’s episode is a special guest interview with love and sexuality coach Bianca Marzouk, where we are diving into the topic of how to embrace and express your feminine sexual power in your thirties.
Our thirties are the perfect time to start having these conversations and getting to know ourselves in a deeper more intimate way. It is crucial that women start to shed the fear and shame of speaking out loud about our sexuality and our feminine powers.
Creating this dialogue is the first step to being more open about the way we express ourselves sexually, and this is the reason I have invited Bianca onto the podcast to discuss this powerful topic.
We take a deep dive into reasons that we can find out difficult to access our feminine power, an explanation of what it means to be in feminine energy (it’s really not what you think!), how this shows up in dating, feminine archetypes.
Bianca also gives some practical tips for where to start if you are ready to start exploring your feminine energy and want to embrace your feminine sexual expression in your thirties. We also discuss why finding community and sisterhood is the ideal way to work on your feminine sexual expression.
If you want to explore a whole new side of the coaching and psychology world and get to know yourself and your powers as a woman, this episode is for you!

Turning 30 and Reclaiming Your Thirties
Tuesday Oct 19, 2021
Tuesday Oct 19, 2021
Today’s solo podcast episode is getting to the core of what we do here at Turning 30 Coaching: real-talk about what happens when we are in our thirties and we start to have feelings of panic and doubt that we aren’t where we are supposed to be by this age.
So many of us let this panic take over us, but it isn’t too late for you to make a change. That’s why I have created this episode. To inspire you to reclaim your thirties!
In the episode I discuss the two main consequences of this panic and how it leads us to living a life that doesn’t feel right on the inside, and often on the outside too. I also talk about what it means to 'Reclaim Your Thirties'.
Here's a spoiler:
Reclaiming your thirties is what you need to do when we get stuck in these behaviour patterns.
Reclaiming your thirties is a method of how to stop comparison, learn how to manage your internal state and start to manifest a life that feels good in your thirties.
Reclaiming your thirties is when you finally decide to live a life on your own terms.
Tune in to this episode where I am explaining why we need to reclaim our thirties, what that even means and how to join my free live workshops where I am going to be diving into the three step process that I have developed that is going to enable you to turn your thirties around.

Listening to today’s episode is going to lift you into a place you didn’t even know you needed to be. I have invited my friend and Manifestation expert Hillary McVeigh to talk all about creating a life you love in your thirties.
In her mid-twenties Hillary found herself working as a lawyer in a toxic workplace after following all of her ‘shoulds’. On reaching what she describes as her ‘rock bottom’, she took her future into her own hands and decided that she couldn’t continue on this path any longer. It was this breaking point that led her to explore self-development, spirituality and human design, eventually allowing her to build a life that felt right for her.
This ultimately led to leaving law, relocating to Europe, becoming an entrepreneur and a coach and more recently, becoming a digital nomad in Costa Rica and Spain.
As well as sharing her story, we delve into the practical side of manifestation. What really is manifestation if it isn’t just putting out an intention to the universe and waiting for something to happen? How can you embrace entering the world of self-development and the stigma that comes with it? What are practical steps for how to actively create an authentic and aligned life, instead of staying stuck where you are right now?
This episode is a must-listen if you want the answer to any of these questions and if you have even a shred of doubt about your ability to take control of your future.

Turning 33 and Starting Again
Tuesday Sep 21, 2021
Tuesday Sep 21, 2021
This episode is the second instalment of my two part series where I am opening up and sharing my experience of going through huge life changes at the age of 33.
In the first episode (no.33) I share the details of my breakup and how this led to ‘breaking up with myself’ and building a brand new chapter that looked completely different to anything I had envisaged for my thirties.
Which brings us to this episode. I was given the chance for a fresh start. An opportunity to be the architect of my own life and build something different than before. So how did I do it?
In this episode I tell the full story of what unfolded after the breakup and leaving my full-time position, and how I used my own coaching concepts to get through some of the most difficult times in my life to come out the other side with a new reality. It wasn’t all sunshine and roses (as you will hear), but sometimes wiping your hands clean of things that aren’t serving you is what is necessary to make way for a much better life.
Processing my grief and the changes, coaching myself, choosing to believe, setting promises and goals, investing money into myself and not letting other people’s opinions hold me back are just some of the things I am sharing with you as part of my story.
Most importantly, I hope when you listen it will encourage you to believe that at any point, at any age, you can start again and take your life into your own hands.
